Its just a wild guess at this point, but maybe worth investigating. You might try doing that and see if that causes the opposite set of files to be marked as duplicates. There is mention of promoting the selected files into reference files. Easier and better than windows powershell commands. The only sound I can generate is through the HDMI cable to my monitor from my NVIDIA K4000.
